Says he has the airfare covered

Louisiana televangelist Jesse Duplantis pleaded for tickets to the NBA finals on his most recent weekly series cleverly named “This Week with Jesse.”

In his video segment, Duplantis tells his followers how God came to him in a vision, and asked him to show his support for LeBron James and the Cavaliers in person. Duplantis has pulled this act before, and has already attended the previous three finals featuring the Warriors and Cavaliers.

This week’s segment where he pleads his followers to buy him courtside tickets for the NBA Finals, has some questioning the man who spends his time asking for money on television.

“Usually he’s just trying to get more money to get better production quality for his weekly videos, but I don’t see how going to the NBA finals four consecutive times is helping God’s plan” said avid televangelist watcher Maureen Rosino.

“We believe in God for these consecutive finals appearances by LeBron James, where he has willed his teams to the Finals, to do battle with the Warriors, and their sinful ways” said Duplantis last week.

The televangelist further remarked “If Jesus was physically on the Earth today, he wouldn’t be watching these games on television.”
